It's all about SKYPE:

We had our first all hands department meeting in the second week of December. T'was very exciting sees the "Team" that will make "A Kiss of Chaos". The meeting ended with everyone giving holiday contact information. Yes, most of the crew was everywhere but New York City for the 2 weeks leading up to production. Director in Florida, Line Producer in Missouri, UPM in California, DP in Finland, 1st AD in England, so thank god for SKYPE!
